Completed Candle Bar candles are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Liability waivers must be signed by all parties prior to participating

For guests under 16 years of age, the presence of an adult throughout the Candle Bar experience is mandatory. Please ensure you arrive promptly at your designated reservation time, as we are unable to guarantee reservations 15 minutes beyond the specified start time.
